23ph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 23ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 23ph website located at 23ph.vip and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the 23ph platform, or using any of its services — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in promotions, or making deposits — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 23ph platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the 23ph platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 23ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 23ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from 23ph or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

23ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 23ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 23ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 23ph account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered email address and mobile number, remain accurate and up to date.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

If you suspect that your 23ph account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 23ph customer support immediately. 23ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. Any such transfer is void and may result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

23ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 23ph's discretion.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 23ph does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 23ph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 23ph account.
• 23ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 23ph aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review prior to withdrawal.
• 23ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

23ph offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your 23ph account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• 23ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 23ph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse.
